| Who we are looking for
Senior Recruiter with a previous experience recruiting IT high level profiles in any sector.
The successful candidate will be a key of the success of our London Branch – The role is aimed to evolve with the grow of the business.
| Main tasks
- Set up an efficient recruitment strategy
- Working closely with the local manager to help answer to the client’s requirements
- Use all the recruitment tools (jobboards, linkedin, personal network) to find the relevant candidates
- Following up with the selected profiles from identification to contract signature (phone filtering, interwiews, tests, salary negociations, drafting contracts, …)
- Filling and managing the candidate Database
- Drafting and broadcasting of offers
Follow up / Integration
- Handling the consultant arrival and the integration process
- Follow up on the consultant during the assignement
Public Relations :
- Identifying of engineering schools to be partner of,
- Handling the public relations (schools fairs, partnerships, training sessions)
- Following up with the Sales team on the requirements
- Attending some of the clients meeting with the Sales in order to better understand the requirement
- Coaching preparing the candidates before client’s interviews
- IT experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English + French ideally)
